Hi,

I experience a growing rss2email.json. It seems that r2e stores all ID of feeds entries without deleting them. My guess is that it is not necessary to keep seen ID's older than the number of available entries in the feed. Is there a way to sanitize this file?

I assume they can't purge those IDs due to the trust-guid option. They need all IDs to ignore updates on posts, if configured that way.

It may be possible to purge those IDs as you've suggested if trust-guid is set to false. (probably not implemented yet)

This repository has been deprecated for a few years now, and has been replaced by https://github.com/rss2email/rss2email .

If this issue is still relevant to you, and not fixed with v3.12.2, could you please reopen the issue there?
