Tentative title: "Mars Exploration Rover Targets in the Mars Target Encyclopedia"

Since it seems likely we won't have the MER-B results by the time this is submitted, the current title is "Targets from the Spirit Mars Exploration Rover in the Mars Target Encyclopedia."

The abstract clearance number is CL#22-0047.
