Small adjustment to NYC Regional Transit Network chart on Story Page #115

NYCT has requested that The SIM23 and SIM24 be listed as Academy routes, not New York City Transit routes. (Apparently NYCT has very little involvement in planning and operations of those routes, which are operated by Academy).

I have made the change, should be reflected now in the "How It Works" page.
