Request to specifically update the percentage chart to show visual negative space by including a Y-axis to 100%

In the interest of keeping it clean and avoiding too much additional custom code, I have left it as-is for now. Do you think the missing vertical space needs to be emphasized in order to get the message across, or is the main point comparison between groups?
