Add link to Story page on Map Pge #42

Add a page to the left sidebar with a link to take users directly to that region’s story page. Could use the same Story icon from the homepage. Title: Understand the Story Text: Explore access to opportunity for different groups of people and see how transit equity has trended over time on the Story page.
