Please state in the README that xml2rfc-xxe currently does not support v3 xml2rfc. #16

I'm not asking for any commitment to update this great plugin, just clarity on what it doesn't support.

Then those of us who love it can stick at v2 rfc2xml, which works just fine as an editing format, which can then be converted to v3 rfc2xml before submitting each draft revision.

Good think you aren't asking for a commitment on updating it, because you ain't gonna get it :-) The issue is mainly that we got stuck in a maze of twisty build rules/tooling/dependencies, and not really the code or schema itself. I'm more than happy to accept pull requests, help with figuring out how to make the pile of .java build into a jar again. etc. I might get around to poking at it again myself, but I'm really really not a Java person and XML "frightens and confuses me", so it's relatively low on my priority list...
