xml2rfc-xxe 0.7.5 works only on XMLmind 4.0.0 #4

After upgade to XMLmind 4.1.0 xml2rfc-xxe is doomed to be incompatible with
editor version. However, after modifying the xml2rfc.xxe_addon xxeVersion
entry to
<a:xxeVersion>4.0.0+</a:xxeVersion>
the addon seems to work without problems.

Please try adding the new addon configuration path:
http://xml2rfc-xxe.googlecode.com/svn/release/xml2rfc.xxe_addon

to see if 0.7.6 shows up as compatible.

This change works, but the installation page still has the older URL that 
doesn't work.

I've (finally) updated the installation page.  I'll check to see if it still 
works with the current release.
