With this PR, I implement the recommendations and suggestions from coauthors for this manuscript. All main-text figures have been edited to some degree and the text of the manuscript itself has been significantly revised. Supplemental figures are now tracked and rendered on Github and a few new references were added. Statistics and numerical values throughout the text have been largely preserved, however, as no new analyses were required.
