MsQuality does a lot of the same things we do here except with different metrics. It would be great to make these two interact more seamlessly but will require some brainstorming. Also, their package doesn't seem set up to actually edit the objects themselves but instead to simply visualize them. I'd be fine with moving away from RaMS and towards the Spectra framework to get some additional interfacing / support from them.
