Skills: Lack of Duplicate-Warning

Upon editing a person to have duplicate skills, the app is able to detect them and only append the skill once to the person. Perhaps showing a warning message to users may be helpful, in case the user did not intend to append duplicate skills to a person, yet did it by accident!

The behavior works as intended since the tags are exact duplicates and hence only need to be shown once. But it is indeed useful to tell the user that he/she has added a duplicate. So we will add this under our planned enhancements
