Adding project to maven central #18

It would be great if the project could publish the artifacts to maven central. 
You could use the approach documented here
https://docs.sonatype.com/display/NX/OSS+Repository+Hosting

then any users of the project would not have to add the custom repository 
and you would not have to maintain it either..

This might be quite a lot of work at since we would need to build other  
kopbjects and kxml and submit them as well. This is definitely on the horizon 
but probably longer term..

I will have to investigate what dependencies (kobjects and so on) are already 
on maven central and if none are there push them there one after the other. 
Could be a huge job..

This is a big job and problematic in terms of getting the right to deploy to 
the correct name spaces. Will not do for now.
