Documentation updated. I commented references to builds of Jaql for Hadoop 
versions 
other than 18.3 because these builds do not yet support the new functionality.

Since Jaql only supports the 0.18 line at the moment, this bug can be closed. 
Ports
to more recent versions of Hadoop will be done as Jaql support for those 
versions is
added.
