Some additions to the nodewatcher for easier integration with store.

How do you assure security of this? That somebody does not register through this, never buy, and then register nodes, deploy them, and we do not have any way of contacting her.

As we discussed, I would prefer that registration is mandatory. I would also not redirect to nodewatcher for registration because this will confuse people. We might want to have SSO at id.wlan-si.net or something, but this is probably overkill. So just use those forms in the shop, so that workflow is the same, only that they are displayed in the shop.

Internally, we are using some PostgreSQL magic with schemas that same user table is accessible to both nodewatcher and main page. :-) So you do not have to worry about that.
