Add configurable tunnel name

To get around the unique Argo Tunnel name constraints this patch adds a configurable tunnel name. It defaults to "homeassistant" but must be changed if the user has more than one Home Assistant instance in the same Cloudflare account.

Really good update on this. I thought about doing it, but after breaking the addon completely to get it to legacy (I need to learn about branches) I got it "semi" working and havent got back round to doing the cleaning up
