librime-sys的build文件,是通过这LIBRIME_INCLUDE_DIR,LIBRIME_LIB_DIR两个环境变量来找库的，设置好后应该能解决编译问题

感谢贡献。似乎是最近 librime-sys 更新引入了这两个环境变量，我待会把 windows 的文档也更新一下
