Making Ankidroid translatable... and translating to french #16

Hello, Please consider this pull request. It is aimed to make ankidroid translatable, all strings ressources have been moved to xml files. Some unused files have been removed (unused activity and unused preferences probably coming from sample project). And I have added the french translations. Best regards, Nicolas.

merged, the only thing I changed was to reference strings.xml inside the arrays.xml file instead of having multiple arrays.xml files. I think it's nice because then all translations are in one place (but if you have arguments against this let me know)

Two possible ideas of improvements for future :

save playstore description in a file in sources so that it can be translated also
use crowdin (https://crowdin.com/) to support easily more languages , is is free for open sources projects.
