Support for Android versions 4.4 and 4.3 #5

I noticed this app only supports Lollipop which is a shame considering only thing that requires Lollipop is refresh button, a very minor thing.

I added image refresh button for older Android versions, but kept vector versions for 5.0 and beyond. Now all android versions that support Wear (4.3+) also support Anki Wear.

nice, yeah that makes sense. I don't have a kitkat device right now. Were you able to test whether it actually works on kitkat?

I'm using Kitkat device as my daily driver and experienced no issues. Not sure about 4.3 but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.
