csv2places does not currently have full coverage of possible tei:place descendants #10

The first version is missing elements that are possible for syriaca place records but do not occur in the first batch of input data. As needed, later versions of the script may support these elements. A list will follow below

Adding to project only to ensure all coverage of needs for J of E and English corpus projects
