John of Ephesus has several examples of coordinates that we should probably handle.

Probably want to require a source for these. Could be these are not 'new' places?

Note to self: all have a source URI, though might need some cleanup...There are also some in 'new' places, so yes we should definitely handle these.

Fixed (and squashed a bug related to whitespace in empty citedRange fields!
