John of Ephesus should include both JEG specific and Syriaca entity URIs #67

Possibly handle in the CSV (add an additional "idno" column)? This is preferred rather than changing the transform

We will want the Syriaca URI to be the main form, with the JEG one added in the CSV I believe (this will ensure, e.g., the publicationStmt's idno has the Syriaca base)

For now have used an idno field in the CSV for the JEG but need to make sure to update with the decided upon base URI
