Another question: could we make a view in which all parentheses are invisible and the spaces pulled together? In French they say that inserts above the line should not even be noted; I think we want to in general for linguistic and paleographical reasons, but that someone just reading the text might not want to see them. We’ve tried to avoid using them as punctuation, using dashes or something similar instead (we’d have to check of course) but I think it would provide an easier text to just read. Or we might have to have that as a separate version…another file.
