Hi Leslie, I'm wondering if using italics for all of the Rajna part is necessary in the digital edition, since the user can click the button and highlight all of this as red. If the print edition, we would have them in italics with angle brackets, and in the digital edition we could have red indicate the Rajna transcription and still have abbreviations in italics as in the rest of the manuscript. Let me know what you think.
Hi Steve for now Rajna is in italics and red. If Rajna is ONLY in red, then italics is ok. Leslie Ps no prob re yesterday.. sometimes it's just quicker to talk rather than multiple emails.

We need to have a way to distinguish in the italics what the abbreviations are (in the original transcription these are in square brackets). We had talked about using a different font, possibly.
