According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latin_Extended_Additional, y with a grave accent is U+1EF2. However, I cannot seem to enter it with HTML. I did download UnicodeInput.exe but (sorry, I'm an amateur) cannot seem to invoke it from within Oxygen. We have grave accented y's throughout the Turin text. Help! Thank you.
