Error msg gives wrong help #9

when wrong deadline format was given, error msg reminded me of the format which could be helpful except that it also gave the wrong format... Screenshot 2020-11-13 at 5.16.57 PM.png

The bracket is supposed to indicate that the year is optional. We should have used a "[ ]" instead. However we feel that this will only cause a minor inconvenience, since the correct format is stated in the UG.
