Added the Scaler Blogs URL to the Blogs section, providing the structured learning and roadmap to the DevOps Engineer aspirants which includes real case studies and much more.

Hi,

Thanks for contribution. The link you added is not what suppose to be. Looks like it is a description what is DevOps, but not a blog. I am closing this PR.
