Can we add tenv? #154

https://github.com/tofuutils/tenv is OpenTofu, Terraform, Terragrunt, and Atmos version manager, written in Go. For now it's the only one version manager that smartly support OpenTofu/Terraform/Terragrunt and Atmos in one tool.
