Not clear about this tool, you can use it to resolve incidents you have in production without intervention of human, so there is not need for a human on-call? Also is using OpenAI to resolve the issues/incidents that comes from production env?
@wmariuss Basically you can use it in order to enrich incidents and arrive to the root cause faster. There's still a need for a human on-call, but this tool can help in diagnosing the problems faster :)
