Add reputation window not positioned correctly #15

Add reputation window is not positioned correctly, especially on a thread page with more posts, where the user need to scroll down the page to see the posts.

This issue is related to display all modal windows (login window as well) inside the iframe. These modal windows have fixed position which may not work correctly inside of the iframe.
