[Extension unmaintained] I create a new one -> html2pug #12

Hello! I see that extension is not updated since 2016 so I think it's unmaintained... That's why I've decided to create another one with the new name: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=dbalas.vscode-html2pug
