test_metrics() #82

Update tests to anticipate GENERALIZED_INTRINSIC_DIFFERENCE, and edit string declarations to match

@ review...tests now pass. Only issue was that the results included the GENERALIZED_INTRINSIC_DIFFERENCE field that wasn't expected by the original tests.
