Public Site Map: Loading project tree issue 67 #105

The public site is still using the simple yellow highlight for projects added to the map viewer, and not the full "project tree" we show on secure since deployment of #67. This brings the public site map viewer in line.

I've verified that the correct style of configuration files (projects.js) is being deployed by the LLC to the public site.
