• [x] Copy file to /ufnas/geo-fs6-fast/EST-DATA/web_assets/dev/est/MapViewer/QuickSteps_ThematicMaps.pdf
• [x] Copy to Stage folder (same path as above, replace "dev" with "stage")
• [x] Copy to Prod folder (same path as above, replace "dev" with "prod")
• [x] Add link to HelpDialog.html as /assets/est/MapViewer/QuickSteps_ThematicMaps.pdf
• [x] Merge to Stage and publish
• [x] Update 5654 to resolved/fixed
• [x] Change Approval Request
• [x] Merge to prod and publish
