Tracked in Bugzilla as https://repo.fla-etat.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=5729 Currently a rather cryptic message comes back from SOLR if user clicks the search icon without first entering a term.

Reported by Mike K. a while ago, first attempt to fix came in f75e3c203067914b1c531afb8782d38e76f8fefd (unfortunately not in a feature branch), but message was just a growler.

Since these changes were made on estMap branch directly, on approval we just need to publish prod and public site. I've already merged to publicSiteMap branch, so it's ready to publish there too.
