Layer Loader widget needs to support tiled map services #79

Phone call from Lex: some new layers coming down the line might work better as tiled map services. In order to test it, layer loader needs to be able to load them.

Confirmed that CMV and LayerControl widget handle tiled services, but search/browse and selection of tiled services don't work.
