Description

Resolves #77. When a map service that contains just a single layer is loaded, CMV modifies the service layer's properties so that it looks like a feature layer, with no root checkbox in layer control. The changes it makes to these properties conflict with requirements of the Attributes Table widget.

Verified on Filegen06 and production. Closing issue and deleting branch.
