Closes #34. Adds the common folder, which holds tex files shared by multiple works. I have moved all backgroundReview folders here, and combined the vector and matrix sections. The file importantShapes2D3D.tex became the odd one out, so I created a new geometry folder for it. I also updated my script and added dates to the pdfs.
