nBus: Payment locations are missing #176

Some payment locations are not being pulled from the CRM:

For example, 28 days/4 week regional nbus only shows the option to buy on Swift online, but in the CRM it is also available through Payzone, Swift Kiosks and the National Express app:

This appears on Bus > any bus company > adult/student/older person > West Midlands > 28 days

Updated ticket to reflect terminology, these are payment locations in the CRM rather than directives. The issue seems to be that these locations aren't being reflected in the app:
