Story details

As a

person who is travelling by bus/tram/train

I need to

to know if my service is disrupted

So that

I can plan around it

Acceptance criteria

[x] User can locate disruption information on stop/stations page
[x] User knows where the disruption is located
[x] User knows when the disruption is happening
[x] User can click a link that will take them to the Disruptions service and give them more info on the specific disruption
