Epic: Modal branding on stop/stations pages will help users identify whether what they're looking at is a tram stop, bus stop or train station.

Story details

As a

person who is looking for bus stop, tram stop or train station information

I need to

know whether the stop/stations is serviced by buses/trains/trams

So that

I know what mode of transport I can catch at the stop/station

Acceptance criteria

[x] Modal brand colours are throughout as per current stop pages
[x] The relevant modal icon is added to the end of the stop/station name
