Epic: What's the big picture?

This is an online form to collect all the information necessary for the ticketing services team to cancel a Swift card and issue a refund. This is a common enquiry and so receiving all the information at once will reduce communication time.

request a refund or cancel my swift card online

So that

I do not get charged for journeys I do not make
