Epic: Contact customer services through live chat - this is a new pattern to add a live chat button to contact details.

[ ] I can change the live chat JS code, so they can embed a different chat queue without dev help
[ ] Contact detail pattern is added as a reusable content component in the CMS
[ ] I can change the opening hours, phone and contact headers
