Epic: This is story for conducting user research on the revised 'Apply for cycle storage' application form.

Story details

As a

Resident in WM

I need to

be able to easily apply for cycle storage using the online form

So that

I can be confident my bike is safe

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Conduct out user research
[ ] Test user journey for customers over 18 who are applying for themselves
[ ] Test user journey for customer applying on behalf of their 16 to 18 year old child
[ ] Findings are presented back to the team and stakeholders
