sign up to a TfWM account

So that

I can save preferences, application progress and ticketing products

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Users can sign in with a Facebook, Google or Apple account
• [ ] Users can sign up with an email address or password
• [ ] Users can set up 2-factor authentication using a QR code or phone number this is assumed, further research is needed
• [ ] There is a journey for users to use their existing Swift account login details (somehow)

This needs to go through discovery ⚠️

We know that we have a bunch of things that would benefit from an account. But we don't know what the account should look like. For example

• What information do we need to let users create an account?
• What data/privacy options do we need to give? For example, should we let users delete their account?
• How will this integrate with MaaS and Swift?

It is currently planned that the identity provider system will be Azure Active Directory B2C. However, this may change as the requirements are scoped out by the Enterprise Architect.
