TK2 - Redesign or improve the current get a refund service #190

Epic: The current get a refund service provides self service for limited tickets. It was thought it provides more options.

The current service is limited to a small set of Direct Debit refunds. This epic is to look at expanding the service to take more than DD refunds.

Person with a TfWM ticket or pass

Get a refund for my ticket

So that

I can get my money back for a ticket I no longer need

Myself, @Doodlepaul and Tolu will do a critique of the journey and interaction design so far to understand what needs to be fixed on this service

This has been through final usability testing and has been validated by users. No further changes should be needed.
