Acceptance criteria

[ ] Discovery kick off held with TW team and Comms team to define scope and aims
[ ] Assumptions/questions are gathered from Transport Website team and TfWM Comms team
[ ] Research activities held with disruptions/private transport users
[ ] Findings are fed back to the discovery team
