Test travel updates/disruptions app with staging API #215

Jon has made a change to the staging Disruptions API to allow manual rail disruptions to be added. We'll need to test the travel updates widget and disruptions app with the staging API to see if the disruption appears.

Tested and all working as expected, closing this ticket down.

Tested again with major disruption, all working fine on the frontend.
