add QWKE to list of supported formats #18

Looking at the history doc, seems like mm support qwke format...

I dunno, I don't really consider it a separate format from QWK. Maybe "QWK (including QWKE)"... have to think about it.

If I may as a newbie, I think it would be nice if QWKE could be included in the list of supported formats. When I saw "[X] Extended (QWKE) Packet Format: Yes" on Vertrauen and wasn't sure MultiMail supported it, I had to try. So IMHO "QWK (including QWKE)" seems to be a good idea.

How about just "QWK[E]"? Would that be clear enough?

Yes, to me that's very clear. I guess BBS users are used to reading man pages and similar documentation and would have no difficulty figuring out what the brackets mean.
