Install `libtss2-dev` instead of `libtss2` #6

In the Ubuntu Apt repository, there is no libtss2 package, only a libtss2-dev

Thanks! I messed this up on the weekend, ran out of time and committed without testing. I realised I'd committed to master/main about 20 minutes later when away from keyboard...
