No other file in this repository does have an individual …Test group.

How did you even find this? I'm imagining you looking at a monitor with a big magnifying glass going "there is a bug somewhere and I will find it" :)

I was searching for remaining occurrences of the word "claim" and found a @group GetClaimsTest and some others. I decided to remove all @group …Test I could found for the reasons explained in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/308174.
