Allow running tests without having BCmath installed #123

Do you also want to remove:

    "require-dev": {
        "ext-bcmath": "*",

from composer.json?

I'm not sure why it was put in and you can get around it by using --ignore-platform-reqs. Hence I'm not touching that in this PR.
